When the History page was opened from the sidebar, onResume()
always reset the top bar title to "History", regardless of the
selected sort mode.
Now, show the current sort mode instead.
Also the sort mode to string resource mapping is moved into
StatisticSortMode, so new modes can be added without changing
displaySortMode().
The "recovery" info for an audio stream was using format and bitrate
only, which did not take into account services with multiple audio tracks
(e.g. Youtube dubs), leading to the wrong audio being selected.

- Extractor dependency now points at TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor at
the commit that merged (#1551), instead of my fork.
YouTube ships a user-facing `name` field per caption track that can
differ even when the language code is identical (e.g. "English - CC1"
vs "English - DTVCC1"). The extractor now surfaces that string via
`SubtitlesStream#getName()`; prefer it in the player's caption menu so
tracks that share a language code can finally be told apart.
Falls back to the locale-derived display name when the service doesn't
expose a track name.
Fixes#9218.
Depends on TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor#1551 — the version-catalog
pointer in libs.versions.toml is temporarily targeted at
ibrahim-iqbal/NewPipeExtractor and will be flipped back to
TeamNewPipe once the extractor PR merges.

The automatic audio focus can be just disabled when muting by updating
ExoPlayer audio attributes. It makes no sense to create a manual audio
focus request which is never used but only unregistered.
There should be no need to manually play when content is already
playing, to log each action for all build types and to duplicate the
code updating ExoPlayer audio attributes.
Previously, manual audio focus handling caused volume to not be restored after transient ducking on some devices.
This change removes manual AudioFocusRequest management and relies on ExoPlayer's built-in audio focus handling (handleAudioFocus=true), which properly manages automatic ducking as recommended in: https://developer.android.com/media/optimize/audio-focus#automatic-duckingFixes#9710

new channel URL and input stream modes keep their WorkManager payloads
stable.
The pure data tests cover those round trips and the invalid mode cases
without requiring the worker to be started.
The resolver tests cover the octet-stream, missing-type, and
unknown-extension fallbacks. The extractor tests confirm that CSV and
Takeout zip inputs parse through the YouTube extractor once the
content type is resolved.
This keeps the regression coverage tied to the parser path that
rejected the Downloads import.
After subscription import was moved from the Java service to the worker,
picked files were classified using only the URI string. Files selected
through Android's document picker may use opaque content URIs, so a
subscriptions.csv file from Downloads could be treated as
application/octet-stream and rejected before parsing.
The previous StoredFileHelper path has been restored. The document
provider is asked for the type first, with the picked file name used as
a fallback. This matches the behavior used before the worker refactor.
