551ebdc005 Major refactoring of rendering mechanism 
We now use a fake DOM implementation on the server to let us share more
rendering code between the text output vs. DOM output paths.

8564602256 Refactor rendertree to simplify context handling 
Get rid of the separate renderContext stack and instead have a parent

152fb798eb Start responding to dynamic stylesheet changes 
This mechanism will only be triggered by changes to the stylesheet
tiddlers themselves, and not to any dependencies that they might have.
It'll stay that way for a while.

The next thing is making the theme manager actually switch themes,
forcing the right wiki change events to make the stylesheet manager
update itself

e39d246317 Added basic support for drag and drop of tiddlers 
Links are now draggable. Dragging outside the browser will drop the
wiki text of the tiddler. Dragging to another TW5 browser window will
drop the entire tiddler, including fields.

dbde2bf23b Started refactoring TiddlyWeb syncer into generic syncer + TiddlyWeb adaptor 
The refactored plugin is `tiddlyweb2` for the moment. The idea is to be
able to use the same syncer with a different adaptor for syncing
changes to the local file system.

623a3ec8f8 Rename "shadow" tiddlers to "system" tiddlers 
What we have at the moment isn't really the same as TiddlyWiki
classic's shadow tiddlers, it's a much simpler system for excluding
tiddlers. We'll use the term "shadow" instead to refer to the way that
tiddlers in plugins behave, which is exactly like TiddlyWiki classic's
shadow tiddlers.

Lots of changes:
* Make the built-in server support recipes and bags, albeit there's
just one of each, called "default"
* Correctly parse returned Etag to get bag of freshly PUT tiddlers
* URI encoding for tiddler titles, so that tiddlers with slashes and so
on work OK

6d24cedbcc Refactored widget renderers to be hosted within HTML element renderers 
This arrangement takes better advantage of the similarities between the

d338a54370 Introduce refactored wiki parser and renderer 
This is a half-way through a big refactoring of the parsing and
rendering infrastructure. The main change is to separate the parse and
render trees, which makes the code a lot cleaner. The new parser isn't
yet functional enough to replace the existing parser so for the moment
you have to manually invoke it with `$tw.testNewParser()` in your
browser console. I really ought to use branches for this kind of
thing...

We're going to drop the story macro, which will break some things in
the short term. But it's awesome to be using the one macro for so many
different purposes (the main story, the tags listing, recent changes,
etc.)

69a0c46447 Split the story macro out into two macros 
Now the story macro manages the story element sequence, while the
navigator macro listens for the navigation events, and modifies the
story tiddler as required. Also introduces a history tiddler that
retains the history stack so that we can animate navigation properly
(as distinct from animating the addition and removal of story elements).

Note that the zoomin storyview isn't quite finished, but this is a
stable point to commit these changes.

04e91245cb Refactored macro mechanism 
Now there is now longer a dummy DOM element corresponding to the macro
itself. Instead, macros must create a single element child. This allows
us to more easily fit Bootstrap's requirements for HTML layout (eg,
that problem with links in navbars not being recognised). The
refactoring isn't complete, there are still a few bugs to chase down
