rework compilation process
...
- minify (some) JS
- minify HTML output (markdown-it output, for example, isn't minified)
- switch stylus to SASS as stylus is not well maintained
Probably worth considering too:
- pre-gzip everything, reconfigure webserver to use that
- better parallelization
