Shortcuts no longer changes browser behavior.

Browse Source 
Now need to use Ctrl+Alt+Up/Left/Right instead if browser uses Alt+Up/Left/Right. (If browser don't use Alt+Up/Left/Right, it is still used for switch hyphae)
