Building standalone binaries on linux working.

Mostly changes to cook and jpm. Also some
code for file associations in the windows installer, and
adding the :linux value from os/which (instead of just :posix).

Deprecate process/args and add use macro.

Use is a shorthand for (import module :prefix "").
process/args has been replaced by (dyn :args) at
the top level.

Update jpm tool.
...
The jpm tool can now use git to download dependencies, install
packages from urls, and use a manifest file for better uninstalls.
