still-flow b2c741117d improve CI cfg in various ways: 
- prettier-looking step names
- add win-mymake build matrix entry
- fix exit commands
- change the way envvars are set up
- other minor changes
- use gdb on win-mymake builds to catch backtraces (temporarily)
