New feature (FE01): RINEX v 2.11 now outputs the following observables:

PSEUDORANGE
CARRIER PHASE
CARRIER DOPPLER
SIGNAL STRENGTH (dB-Hz)
thus, it enables the realtime kinematics and PPP positioning for first time in an open source GNSS SDR. Enjoy!
