This is a test wiki page to explore collaboratively drafting issue specs. The idea is to have one wiki page per issue and distilled sections in each issue spec as to:
- why
- the clearly defined goals / requirements of the issue
- what
- the proposed solution in terms of aspects and functional areas of concern
- how
- a detailed spec of a technical implementation
- test
- how the final implementation (the how) is being verified and perhaps the acceptance criteria for the what
