f6ff0a7f71 Deprecate $:/tags/stylesheet in favour of $:/tags/Stylesheet 
A warning message appears at the top of the story river if any
`$:/tags/stylesheet` tags are found.

9c74afdd1a JSHint obeisance for plugins folder 
Also add a jshintignore file to skip the various imported modules
