Now there’s a warning banner on all TWC tiddlers. It includes an
`upgrade` button that currently just flips the tiddler type to TW5

Enhance tiddler title for system tiddlers

Now the $:/ part of the name is rendered in grey, making the main part
of the title more prominent.
