* add default settings for styled inline SPANs
* change color names in palettes and vanilla-base
* change parser behaviour if custom class is used
* tc-inline-style will only be set if no other custom setting is appliead
* Add tests for inline-styles
* add one more test
* remove space after if

Convert @giffmex themes into colour palettes
...
Although there are some style changes in the existing themes they’re
mostly a matter of a changed palette.
@giffmex - I’ll send you a prerelease of 5.0.8 so that you can tweak
the palettes if you’ve got time.
