* Make the layers control visible which allows the base layer to be chosen, and individual overlay layers to be hidden
* Add tiddlers tagged $:/tags/GeoBaseLayer to define some useful map base layers
* Add geobaselayer widget to define base layers
This is the beginnings of a new core plugin to add geospatial capabilities, building on the JSON operators that we now have in the core. It uses the libraries leaflet.js for mapping and turf.js for geospatial calculations.
