Some API cleanup

- Remove *Stream methods on IMount/IWritableMount, and make the channel
   ones the primary.
 - Fix location of AbstractTurtleUpgrade
 - Make IComputerAccess.getAvailablePeripheral and .getMainThreadMonitor
   mandatory.
 - IComputerAccess throws a specialised NotAttachedException
