Adapted from https://codeberg.org/superseriousbusiness/gotosocial/pulls/4235, all credit to @daenney, I just made this into a separate PR because it's easier than updating the 10-month old one.
Getting to this now because it'll be needed for the relay stuff (we use the instance actor for relay stuff, but not all relays do signed GETs).
