The GTech™ Secret Oversight Function is a secret GTech division responsible for saying that things are the case, or that people can or cannot. Via proprietary [[linguistic]]-[[pataphysical]] interfaces, G™SOF intercepts a wide variety of statements of the form "who says we can't...", "who says that...", "who says you can..." and several others and becomes [[retroactively]] [[causally entangled]] with their referent.
