Alexander Barton edfcc2f9d5 New "login" source file ...

Rename Hello_User[_PostAuth] to Login_User[_PostAuth] and move it to the
new login.c; and move cb_Read_Auth_Result(), too. This will enable further
code to easily call Login_User() when required.
