contrib/platformtest.sh: support "CC=xxx MAKE=yyy ./platformtest.sh"
Now you can use contrib/platformtest.sh on platforms that require a "special"
make (not "make") or compiler (not cc/gcc) binary.

- handle version numbers generated by "git describe"
