GNSS-SDR.internal_fs_sps The old name was misleading, since the units are samples per second and not Hertz. Carles Fernandez	286ee3b561	Integrating the RTCM printer ... Now the Galileo E1 receiver generates RTCM messages 1045 (ephemeris) and MSM7 / 1097 (observables).
