Use HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST instead of HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER
...
Use HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST since HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER holds the hostname of the proxy server on HAProxy/Traefik.
