Jonathan Coates d37793d29a Some small cleanup to the block placing code

Just clarify a couple of things which are a little confusing.

 - Explicitly initialise the position within deployOnEntity, rather than
   relying on getWithPosition above.
 - Rename "position" to "blockPos" in deployOnBlock to make it clearer
   whose position it is.
 - Clarify that we need to call use(...) for all directions.
